| Manufacture: |
All manufacturing is carried out by our trained craftsmen in our factory. Here traditional skills are combined with the latest technology to obtain the best possible results.
Cutting work is carried out using our laser guided saw and CNC machine which are accurate to within a fraction of a millimeter, while all work is carried out by hand with a keen eye for detail.
Our craftsmen take great care in ensuring all of the material is finely polished, cleaned and a protective sealant applied prior to delivery or fitting. |

| Templating: |
We offer a complete templating service whereby one of our employees will visit your house and create templates, to
ensure the most accurate possible representation of your future worktops |
| Installation: |
| When your worktops are complete, our team of specialist fitters will be happy to deliver and install then for you. |
| Template and fit service: |
As much advance notice of your order as soon as possible is always helpful to ensure we offer a consistent service,
upon receipt of your order we will call to arrange a convenient time for our templater to visit. It is essential that the
installation of all carcases and the free standing appliances are fixed and secure before the templaters visit. Sinks and
appliances to be fitted on the worktop must be available on site. Our designer will request these details beforehand.
The template will be made by our team and returned to the factory. We will create a drawing and order confirmation for
checking and approval. This will usually take one day. details may be checked with you by telephone.
At that time we will
agree a convenient installation date, normally within 10 working days of the template. |
| Kitchen Worktops: |
Granite worktops and quartz engineered stone worktops are increasingly becoming the first choice for those wishing to
have the highest quality worktop material for their kitchens and homes. We can fulfill that wish and install your chosen
material to the highest standards.
The final design details provide the opportunity to further customise your worktops to your exact requirements. Include
splashbacks or a polished bowl and draining grooves to go with an undermounted sink; choose the edge shapes and
thickness of your counters. we can also provide granite floor tiles, wall tiles and cladding to match or contrast. |
| Granite Care and Maintenance: |

Clean stone surfaces regularly with water containing soap or a mild detergent or neutral detergent and a soft cloth
or sponge. Rinse off surfaces with clean water. Polish dry with a soft cloth. |

Avoid use of abrasive cleaning materials: scouring powders, steel wool, metal brushes, etc |

Never use bleach and other hypochlorite (chlorine) based cleaners, acids,photographic development liquid, alkalies
(caustic soda) and concentrated disinfectants on stone surfaces. If any of these come into contact with the stone,
clean them off immediately, otherwise surface damage will occur. |

Do not allow surface deposits to build up on stone surfaces, e.g. powder detergents, salts & water stone. |

Strongly coloured foodstuffs, such as blackcurrant and beetroot, can stain stone surfaces. Acidic foodstuffs such as
citrus juice, vinegars and cola will etch the stone surface. |

Always use pan stands and trivets to protect stone surfaces form hot, rough and wet pots, pans and utensils.
Direct contact from iron, steel, ceramic and copper vessels can scratch and stain the stone surfaces. |

Always use cutting boards to chop and slice food upon. Never cut directly onto the stone surface. |

Stone is a natural material. The variations in its structure, pattern and colour are characteristics and constitute part
of its appeal and value. |

Over time, with normal kitchen use, stone work surfaces will acquire a patina that reflects the use to which then
have been put. It is normal for the original high sheen to weather in this way and characteristics for stone
work surfaces to mellow with the passage of time. |
